As usual, wonderful read! Keep in mind that it is only a HOUSE bill, and the SENATE has no bill as yet. It will have dramatic change when they get together. I am afraid that the Pres will use lots of political capital, and end up with not much more that what we have and that will be terrible. But, it is a complicated and tough issue and raises lots of fear in lots of folks. So, maybe a gradual step will be a step in the correct direction. I hope so. We do need change and we need to help cover most of our population for sure, and maybe take out the politics if that is possible. So, thanks for the thoughts, and life goes on in DC!

You really want people to be rational - that is quite a demand on human nature!
There seems nothing real about the far right in any country of the world.
I am afraid the Palin's of this world will come to their senses when it is already too late. Look at George W, He seems to have put his tail between his legs and seems to be blushing. Oh how wonderful it would have been if he had come to his senses immediately after 9/11. We could now be living in a peaceful happy world rather than a confrontational, hateful and suspicious world........
Ra Ra for free health services, food and decent livelihood for all in the world - we could achieve that for a fraction of what the Iraq war has cost.
