Just like Kate said, these people do give Christians a bad rap. I mean, when it comes right down to it, if you want to be ignorant of the realities of the world at hand, fine. But if you feel that ignorance should be shared and forced on others, especially your kids, then you might as well find yourself an island or don't have any kids. This is a perfect example of why I very rarely refer to myself as a Christian outside of the Christian community. Hell, just because I agree that homosexuality is a sin, doesn't mean that someone that's gay is going to hell or should be an outcast. In fact, the opposite is true. If one truly wants to exhibit a Christ-like character, then they should love and embrace everyone. Anyway, in summation: I'm rambling, and I agree.
